ClassPass Consumer Diary Study

Method: Diary Study

I conducted a 2-week diary study with 20 ClassPass users to understand newer users’ motivations, booking decisions, and attitudes toward ClassPass and staying active.

Mindbody Class Sign-In Launch + Rollback

Methods: Moderated Interviews, Polls, Retro Workshops

I led 4 rounds of qualitative + quantitative research to concept test a new class sign-in page and to measure success of the initial launch. I influenced the squad’s strategic decision to roll-back the release, then led retrospective workshops to improve our GTM processes.

Mindbody Waitlists Concept Testing

Methods: Moderated Interviews, Unmoderated Usability Testing

I conducted 3 rounds of research to guide the building of new waitlist automations in Mindbody. I tested language comprehension and investigated users’ mental models surrounding late cancellation window waitlist policies.
